Nothing If you want to experience hell this is the best place. Honest Review of Startek Lucknow – Avoid at All Costs! I have been working at Startek Lucknow (WFH) in the Flipkart Chat and Email Support process, and my experience has been nothing short of terrible. This company treats employees unfairly and unethically. Reasons to Avoid Startek Lucknow: 🚨 Excessive Working Hours, Minimal Breaks Employees are forced to work 10-hour shifts with only 30 minutes of break time (divided into 10-10-10 minutes), which is highly exhausting and inhumane. 🚨 Horrible Management & Lack of Support Trainer (Ankita Srivastava), TLs, AMs, Manager, and HR are completely unsupportive. They don’t care about employees' concerns or issues. 🚨 Unethical Layoffs Employees are fired without prior notice, with the false excuse that the process is "ramping down"—but the reality is, the process is still running! 🚨 Bench for Months, No Communication I have been on the bench for over 3 months, yet there has been zero response from the management. They neither assign new projects nor provide any clarity on the job status. Final Verdict: ❌ DO NOT JOIN STARTEK LUCKNOW ❌ This company is fake, exploitative, and unprofessional. You can realize how this company was by looking these indents 1. Team Leader Manish Jaiswal in Flipkart Outbound Process used to call his team members who were girls at late night while drinking alcohol and used to say to satisfy him or hell will make fake data and remove them from the job. 2. Aman Srivastava most evil human being there used to play late night ludo with his favorite team girls like Diksha and Adiba they use to smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol on team meeting by turning on their cameras and used to say that we own this company we can do anything. 3. Shubham Singh Thakur used to roam whole day in roads and outside office and when our shift used to get over he abuses us over the google meet and made his teammates do his work otherwise he used to say he will kick out of the job. Syed Arqam Hassan and Sheeran Adil used this poor guys over all night made him do his pending work and promised them promotion but instead kicked them out of the job in January. 4. Nitin Client of Flipkart Outbound process at Startek Lucknow - This whole process was illegal and fraud to loot customers all we had to do was listen every single customers screaming and crying for their money stuck and single customer was called over 15 times a day for the same information after getting too much frustrated with the calls customers used to switch their phone off and told us to close their complaint....Read More
