Work Details

At the beginning it wasn't quite easy but I get along with the friendship and the love from the old stuffs helped me to acquire more knowledge and adjust to the working process and finally it was great for me

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country, International Travel.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
