During this pandemic we were not paid for 2 months, having family we should be able to lead our family smooth but with only half payment is leading very terrible throughout this year.

Dislikes

Only half payment is done throughout the year, not at all worried about our family situations and hard work.

Principals keep changing, there is no proper administration

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
