Working environment is not good, no proper rules and regulations, poor in managing.

It was good for first five years after appointing a PT teacher as principal everything got messed up and he polluted the college environment.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
