Work environment is excellent as well as work-life balance is also well balanced, job security is also cent percentage and everyday is a learning process.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal are not up-to the mark also the growth is very slow.

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire nursing home , be it managing day to day yield operation, human resources,finances etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
