Good work environment and good culture. All teammates are supportive. Company policies are quite good. There is no bond nothing. You will get your salary on time.

Dislikes

There is no training for freshers. We have to learn and we have to do the work. Salary is not that great but decent. No cafeteria. There is politics and the management doesn't address our issues. You will get scold if your is pending.

Work Details

Actually for me the experience is quite good. Struggle a little at the bigining, learned lot of things but now its little better but not that great. Its like Eat-Work-Sleep same cycle repeats.

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
