I joined as a fresher and got to learn a lot many things, the work environment is very good and the team is very supportive. I have worked in different teams and got very good exposure and improved overall as a person here.

Sometimes working hours get extended but overall there is nothing like that.

The company is good for the new teachers who don't have much experience in teaching online or offline,so they can easily be taken in the company because of there less salary demand as they don't have salary slips. So they can start their teaching journey from ssbcrack exams and learn to teach students. Work-life balance is like a hell here. There is no job security,if u will do any single mistake,u will be terminated without any warning. The managers of the tutor only satisfying there ego's by termination of any tutor,they fill much satisfactory. This company is an live example of how dictatorship and monopoly of the managers. Howmuch good work u r doing ,no matters . U should keep happy the managers by ur flattering words ,do their unconditional appreciation.
