Dislikes

You will get very minimum salary, you will always get less salary compared to others who are working in other companies. Very worst work life balance. You will not get recognised and will not get proper appraisal.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

It only helpful for freshers for 2 years only. then only the can grow skills. and They provide employment for graduates before 4 or 5 years if they have skills.
