Exposure to work is good. You can learn multiple processes, market standards, financial applications, MS office, etc. There's a lot to learn. People too are quite helpful. Time flexibility is another good thing about globeop that even if you're late someday that is ok as long as work deliverables are met.

Dislikes

The people at the management level are very Bias across all teams, clients and zones. You have constantly feed their ego for good numbers in increment and bonuses. A lot of times the opinion of people working on the production is not considered and decisions are just put on. Also, too many unnecessary daily tasks are given. If you leave on time, people have this tendency that you don't have enough work allocated. Working for 10+ hours is a very normal thing in globeop ambience....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
