What You Will Get To Do:
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using C# and .NET Core .
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in software architecture, design patterns, and coding standards .
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate business needs into solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end system architecture, including front-end, back-end, database, cloud infrastructure, and security best practices .
- Lead performance optimization, scalability improvements, and troubleshooting for complex distributed systems.
- Involve in creating POCs for upcoming new development, evaluating emerging technologies and their feasibility.
- Drive architectural decisions around microservices, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Private Cloud), and DevOps pipelines .
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and product quality.
What You Will Bring:
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, and web technologies .
- Strong experience in designing and developing microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures .
- Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Blazor ) and their integration with back-end systems.
- Extensive knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and database performance tuning.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Private Cloud) and containerization technologies like Docker/Kubernetes .
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) .
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work effectively in a leadership capacity.
