Sr Lead Analyst AI and Automation

Drive the development and approval of business cases, articulating the value of automation initiatives..
Technical Oversight.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs)..
Partner with engineering teams to ensure robust implementation and adherence to best practices..
Introduce AI integration where appropriate, exploring opportunities for large language models and advanced machine learning applications..
Team Collaboration and Leadership.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding..
Lead Agile Scrum teams, organizing work, eliminating impediments, and ensuring high-priority objectives are achieved..
Mentor team members to build capabilities in automation methodologies and tools..
Project and Product Management.
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, managing dependencies, resources, and risks effectively..
Oversee backlog management and roadmap execution to align with business priorities..
Develop and track project plans, ensuring timelines and milestones are met..
Serve as a point of contact responsible for communicating project status, issues, and deliverables with both internal and external stakeholders.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement.
Drive innovation by piloting new technologies and methodologies to solve complex problems..
Promote the adoption of Lean principles and Agile practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness..
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of deployed solutions and refine approaches as needed..
Qualifications.
Education and Experience.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred..
5+ years of experience in automation and process optimization, preferably within the financial services industry..
Proven track record of leveraging RPA, AI, and BPM to address business challenges..
Technical Proficiency.
Familiarity with automation platforms such as Blue Prism, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere..
Strong understanding of AI applications, including ML models and large language models..
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure..
Leadership and Communication.
Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders..
Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative, innovative culture..
Certified Scrum Master or similar Agile certification is highly desirable..
