On time Salary but everything else is worse. Pathetic work culture dont even provide offer letter salary slips. Work culture is worst and pathetic. Only needy persons can join and continue but not someone who's talented.

In SRS solution there is a field work in which you have to go on field for the installst and configuration of router and switches according to the customer requirements. It's very good environment for working in SRs solution the working are are not fixed sometimes you have to work more than 24 hr. In concentrix the the working hours are fixed they will also provide you can facility and salary is also good
