NOTHING REALLY TO LIKE ABOUT THIS CO, SINCE THEY ARE BASICALLY UNPROFESSIONAL BODIES WHO HAS GOT NO RELATION/ UPKEEP ABOUT THE OUTSIDE WORLD , AN OUT AND OUT BABU COMPANY WITH NO FUTURE PROSPECT.

They need to upgrade themselves on the professional aspect , need to get aquainted with the kind of development happenings in good industries, otherwise it can never ever be a corporate.

Dislikes

There is no structure at all and moment you want to do something good, people who are actually substandard pitch into to foil your efforts. management is also ignorant about the modern day management culture and did not dare to look beyond typical family owned business philosophy.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
