This company was always looking for new innovations and they encouraging for the same. So employer and employee relations is very good. The company working with great commitments with proper planning and targets. And we are recently completed one project, this was the India's first multi warehouse that have a truck movement in first floor with a load capacity of 4 tons per square metre. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
