The only advantage is they will pay you in last date of every month.but the culture,management,and other things are very bad.only principal and hod will gain profit with the help of staff but they don't be favour for. Staff welfare.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
