I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

lot to say few of them are 1.HR initiative:The Department lacks efficiency and proactiveness.Their initiative to support the employees are minimal(nil) and poorly executed.Thay are miscommunicate the information between in employees and managemnt. 2.Full and final settlement:The company has not settle the departing employees F&F .which is frustrating and impact trust.The smooth outgo of departing employees also not possible. 3.Workculture:The overall work culture is modarate.
