You are worshipped till you there but no increament no growth , will asked to do overtime free of cost. You become flies in milk when you talk about above problem. No letter and money when leave. Ctc is too much than in hand salary because of poor structure. But they say you have freedom to do anything. Engineer workers everyone treated same in every aspects,Very good😄.

Everything about management and appointment policy. Off role appointment, would not provide appointment letter, does not care about Employees future.
