Compensation is low. The work is not dynamic for my taste. My manager is crazy and keeps bullying me. My bonus is being withheld. The senior management is cunning and the team leads follow the same footsteps.

Work culture is worst, learning from here is zero! No growth, if those team leads and managers were working in any of other reputed company, then they would have been kicked out of the company! I don't know why spectrum is supporting such rubbish mannerisms from managers.

The training and learning opportunities given to freshers is really good. The clients and the professional honing is commendable

The company culture needs a lot of improvement. There is hell lot of micromanagement. The management loves to have a sneak peek at your personal lives as well.
