Working with sparsh & associate is my first corporate experience.Here i get great opportunities to learn and experience accounting concepts and computer skills.

Dislikes

One thing i dislike about sparsh & associate is there work flow. Work flow is not good,I as working as accounts intern have to wait for another work assignment for very long period of hours.

Work Details

In sparsh & associate i was working as accounts & taxation (intern).Handling accounting tally and GST return filing.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
