The System is very nice we have felxibilities for work personal work No restriction on anything, The call of the company is you give us work and keep discipline only, other than that Seniors Support us Even they ask opinion from us What we can do for Employees Even in festivals we get leave for prayers.

Sparnod is a very good company, company owner Amit Doshi is very polite and helpful, always encourage to move forward, staff is very nice. The owners of the company consider the staff as their family.

It's been 5 years since I worked in the company, I haven't faced any such problem till date, so there is no dislike from my side.
