The accountant feels itself as a company boss as well as HR . Projects are totally old there is no growth for freshers as well as mid career developer. They have not adopted new technologies. Management is not good . Work life balance is not good .the hike is very less.two Saturday working and two Saturday off.Diwali festival leaves are very less like only 2 days.
