Dislikes

Working environment not good Toxic employers, 9-12 working hours,less pay,no hikes no promotions illiberal rules, no proper ventilation/electrical facilities. Far away from city.no training no knowledge will be provided. They won't give proper incentives.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
