people running the organisation have zero knowledge about software or how to run an organisation and recruiting tech leads who has zero technical knowledge, run like family business, come up with new rules as per whim , not a safe place for women, others keeping quiet cause they are unemployable any where else. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
