All over complete environment is different compared to a coorperate office. As a diffense organization,Discipline is the main factor everyone should have. I had a good team in SNC and working with them is so special for me.

The naval academy of INDIAN NAVY is open to innovation and readily latest technology.i love the fact i am part of the force, discipline, guidance. As a result, i get opportunities to meet the real live of Naval officers and their duties as well.

compensation for on contract staffs is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is high.
