Its just little bit better than TCS, Accenture, HCL as you are allowed to take bags inside and little bit less restriction.

Very toxic work culture due to some managers as they will not release you and threat you to go to HR. Force you to work from office and on inhouse tools only.

Sopra gives the job security never fire their employees. You can stay here till your retirement.

But technically, most of the projects using old technology. So learning chances will be quite less. You may stuck will single project for years. Hence your growth stops here. Being having the old crowd in sopra, politics is also very high. You should be smart enough to handle the game. No WFH policy for pregnant womens, injured people this strictness also provoking employees to look outside.
