Mid management is criminal I repeat criminal in its approach, attitude and aggression. Never ever I personally encountered such bunch of middle aged so called managers in customer services / shared services. Notorious HRBPs middle aged women clinging to monthly pay packets with absolute zero HR intervention and exposure to company's employees. Pure brush over and make up in the name of HR connect and grievance management. The top leadership (IITs IIMs) could have been more particular in choosing mid management as they represent company's vision and core values to company's populous.
