No cons per se. While one might find that the pay might be slightly lower than what relatively larger organizations offer, It is important to note that Solinas is a startup and the learning and exposure definitely adds tremendous value to an individuals professional career.

There is complete nepotism in the company. There is no management and the people are biased. I will not recommend to anyone to work in Solinas. There were no proper resources there to research about the topic.

There was no personal and professional growth in the company. Management is biased and employees are not at all taken care by Solinas. They don't give appropriate appraisals even to deserving employees. In Solinas, employees treat others disrespectfully.
