Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Once you accept the position it is expected that you have to do the job which was not mentioned in your job profile which was shared by HR E.g. job role offered was Sr cloud infrastructure engineer but after six months I was told that the manager expect that I would do a L1 Desktop job as well and as i didn't do that I have to resign on the pretext that the company does not have cloud infrastructure work and I did not do enough work There are HR persons but have no role .
