Overall, I really enjoy working at Softcon Business Solutions. Most of the people are great, the problem space and solutions we're building are interesting, and the work life balance is decent. I have tackled satisfying problems that made me grow as an engineer. This included revamping legacy services as well as building greenfield consumer-facing products. Engineering and business teams have treated me like a member of the team rather than just "a developer". I've grown from being a junior software engineer to a software team lead and the journey has been nothing short of a roller coaster, filled with excitement. I believe the leadership is never misleading or unreachable. The org structure is quite flat which is great too. Just one feedback, some of the meetings are a little unproductive and having an agenda before going into some of the meetings would be very helpful....Read More
