While I thoroughly enjoy my role in the company, there are a few areas I believe we could improve upon. One aspect is the communication flow within teams. Occasionally, there can be a breakdown in communications that lead to misunderstandings or delays in projects progress. Implementing more structured communication channels or regular check-ins could help alleviate this issue and ensure everyone is on the same page. Similarly, in my role as a Video editor and News anchor, there are times when some deadlines can feel a bit tight, causing undue stress.
