Work culture in this company is worst, The manager is only concerned with his work , whatever it may be to the employee. I worked in this company and still not given me my payout, They not even pick up my calls.. Working time is not fixed in this company they always want that the employee will continue their work after the office hours nd this overtime is not payable.
