Clients are good and reputed but unfortunately none of them will give you closure.

Dislikes

Inexperienced team of internal recruiters who do not know how to do screening of resumes properly. They are going to do internal rejection of cvs giving some other the other lame reason. Over emphasizing on earning opportunity when there is a actually no scope of earning for freelance recruiters because 90% of cv gets rejected internally. I submitted almost 15 resumes, 2 were somehow delivered to client, one position got closed suddenly and the other no response after cv getting delivered to client. These people seem to be fraud, just adding their resume database by joining freelancers in their network. Please do not get trapped by this scam....Read More
