Everything, toxic to another level. Founder itself misbehaved and disrespect everyone, only 4 members in the company that are family and no body stays. Everyone leave withing 2-3 months because of their toxic environment. Every day new rules, new changes, they just find ways to cut down salary. They lied about fixed salary too and later before giving salary they told it's fixed and per sale you will get 100 and after completing target of 250 conversions, you will get fixed salary and 50 RS per sale after completing target, I mean 50 ? Lol, they just find ways to cut salary and there no leave structure. They cut 2 days salary for one leave. They just need sales from you, they won't value you. No money, no holiday with toxic mental stress 24*7. There is no professionalism, disrespecting and misbehaving founder, his sister as team lead who is doesn't know anything and just blame and try to find mistakes that are not even logical, will text you in mid night and expect you to reply. They don't even give the amount you made ie salary on time. They GPAY salary, imagine. Even their product is worst, doesn't work. No customer service, cancel their order by own and lie to customers that they cancelled it and don't even give them refunds. Their product doesn't work, keeps lying about product that it can do this do that but it's all fake and a new way to take out money from people by using their weakness. DO NOT JOIN....Read More
