Overall a great place to work. The office environment is good but can be challenging due to the pace at which estimation/design related work needs to be carried out. If you apply yourself, you will learn. Spoon-feeding is discouraged by the management, which is great, because one doesn't need to waste time babysitting engineers/employees.
