I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I like that the work timing is flexible and no pressure of work there . All over the culture is better there . I would suggest that it is good for graduated students to work there as a good designation of work.

I would start by saying that the negative points are the understanding for person in situations. There are no booster for employees like if there are the head department does not allow the employees to involve in fun activities held by the organization. There are not even trips organized by the company for the sake of refreshment to employees.
