Likes

Teammates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria. Good work culture and entertainment

Dislikes

Company is located too far from the city. Salary is decent for new joiners and growth is slow. Upgraded technologies in the market are not seen, following the same old traditional technologies.

Work Details

The job is quite interestin. I struggled initially as there was no knowledge transfer sessions. Learnt everything on the job. Got chance to wear multiple hats within the team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
