1.Not employee friendly 2. You never get opportunities as per your skills 3. No decent hikes 4. No work satisfaction 5. Lots of Biasness w.r.t employees 6. No technical growth 7. Company policies donot work, only people(tailored) policies work as per their convenience 8. Located outskirts of city 9. If there is any emergency, you cannot find a commutation except office transportation.

working from past 5 years in SLK. There is no hike and more over if you in bench they will give buyout. there is no job security, No hike. Better to find someother company.

Dislikes

Compensation is worst, upon that no flexible shift, no cabs only one shift and they provide buses. No shuttle in between also and it is in outskirts.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
