Likes

The thing i like is that any person who is a fresher and don't have any exp. of network engineer role then the company is good for starting because they are not able to give a good package to the experienced.

Dislikes

The work environment is not so good. The package they are providing to exp. person is not so well very poor. The policy of HR and other can be change anytime. Also the salary will be depend upon the performance based not the salary you have discussed prior the joining.
