Dislikes

They don't stick on to offer letter, they say one in offer letter do whatever they want after that. They don't communicate with employees about their policies initially till they join. They don't provide salary as well. For working their for 1.5 months they gave just 2.5k and made-up some stories accordingly. Please don't go there as they won't value your efforts

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company are good, appraisals are and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.
