Likes

Work is good the office environment is very comfortable teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company polices are very user friendly and fair. They give good salary hike got increment in every year

The Bond of agreement they could not proper follow that can't resign. Job training is low lern in the work only

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
