Working close with the MD & JMD. They have excellent ideas and gave me opportunity to come out with execution plans

Team is terrible ! Ideas of the management is impossible to achieve without a team. HR recruits incompetent candidates, who is not worth a penny . Sad state of affair

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
