The company has a lot of funds due to their ventures in crypto. It's a nice thing until it becomes obvious that those funds will not translate to better pay for the employees.

Dislikes

There is zero teamwork. The lack of leadership is evident. The company chooses to hire employees, not prepare them for the required tasks and then blame them for underperforming. They also have a habit of neglecting all of their employees and outsourcing their entire business. It also defeats having employees to begin with. People are afraid to work here, the leadership constantly verbally challenges employees to leave and often very rudely claim that employees have done no work even after weeks of effort goes into a project which was decided by the leadership. Therer is no vision, no motivation and most importantly, no safety and security.
