I worked for the Bell Canada ISP support, apart from the salary we used to make a lot of money as incentives with the CSAT surveys. Client pays incentives through PayPal account, whereas we have a separate salary account and there by the take home pay completely depends with approach towards work which is very competitive, I had theprivilege to receive appreciation email from my TL for creating in the history Of Bell Canada for CSAT., 6 surveys sent with 100% score on a single day. I have a lot of gratitude for the company, their retention program is commendable. Great HR team. Looking back I really have no clue why I absconded. Until you are part of it you don't get proper support from the management, and once you resign and wants to followup for your FnF and documents like experience letter and reliving letter they are least bothered to reply. If by any chance you get a reply that will be rude, as if we are begging and asking them to do out of box. I would suggest anyone to join Foundever.

The company is good and the environment is good as well.
The only thing that makes no sense is they ask technician to make sales and they have targets as well. Meeting the metrix is so hard here and you don't even get a hike. The new joiners will get more pay than you but you won't be getting any hike. Plus you can't avail a paid leave on here.

He has an affair in the account with a girl and due to her takes all the other employees in the account for a ride. The HR is also involved in it and knows this well. Everything. Women security is a joke here. Sick leave is a total mess, you need medical record to prove n take leave, even then they minus if from comp off or CL. If SL is taken without medical record it is unplanned absence. I have my 12 days of SL intact while it is almost year end. They think all possible ways to decline your PL or CL. Complaints are waste of time, those who complain gets terminated or changed to different team but the person on whom complaint was made stays happy n secured. I am giving stars only because company was too good while I joined but not anymore. Incentive stopped. No proper hike,some changes are made to payslip details n they say it's hike. This is made in such way that even after years I didn't get medical insurance and am still in esi level. Toxic work place, your efforts are not enough, profit matters more sales even if cx has technical issue. They try hard not to get you promotion. JUST don't join here. You have to purely bend to higher authority, so you will get Saturday and Sunday off. Others don't get these and always get offs on weekdays only when there is no to less work.
