Good work/life balance Flexible working hours and location

Senior Management makes illogical decisions just to show that they are working and have the power. They laid off the entire development team[some they hired 2-3 months] stating that they want to concentrate all development roles in Europe, how a sane person can think of doing this? And they call themselves employee friendly, hah what a joke.......

The only thing I liked about SITA was flexible working hours.

There is no Engineering and Development work left in SITA. Everything is outsourced after Covid 19. As the Service Based company cost less to SITA than hiring developers in their own company. Eg Coforge, LTIMindtree, etc. They have outsourced everything. After the Software is developed by service based companies, there is a team in SITA called as Product Engineering and Integration team, they only do the product integration according to the client's requirements. SITA always takes care of all the employees. As an employee, I can always speak up freely. Management is very transperant in all aspects. They give good bonus and appraisals every year. Good learning opportunities. Management organises a certification program almost every year for employees who are willing to get certification. Overall, it's a very good company to work with.

Better package to offer but it’s not worthy as you don’t know how long you will be able to draw that salary.Well it depends on the department but overall this organisation makes too many changes and it’s difficult to cope with work pressure
