1. Management is not organized. 2. There are 3 owners and all of them want their decision to be final on a single task. 3. They hire employee for 2-3 months because none is happy with their work culture. 4. Boys and girls cannot talk to each other or can't have a friendly relationship. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
