Working for Great B.G.Shirke Groups SIPOREX was a great learning experience. I loved each and every day at Tumkur SIPOREX. During my tenure we had excellent Team........supported by CEO-K.G.Kanagalekar sir and Simple Bosses at Head Office Mr. N.S.Wadekar & Chawathe saab.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very much since project state............But we enjoyed facing this also though it was disliked by many.

Work Details

Worked since begging viz from Project State....acquiring land from KIADB, Construction of factory, Machinery set up with the help of foreign technicians from China, Trial production, full pledged complete production start....End 2 End HR

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
