Nothing at all. The founder himself does not know anything. He is a very musmanaged person. He will fire you once he has got his pending work done.

Dislikes

Never ever ever ever go here. You may be fired when asked for a much deserved appraisal, as the company is run by a very "kanjoos" person. He will find all ways to not give you a salary raise even if you work for 2-3 years here. I was laid off because I kept asking for a salary raise, that too without a notice. One day you are working, next day whoosh!! You're fired!!

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
