There are 100 reasons to not join this organization, Even an experienced person is taken as an Intern, irrespective of how many years they have worked. They payment is superlow(Labourers get paid more than that). Salary is never credited on time. The HR Dept is the worst, they(she) will taunt you if you don't reach the office by 9AMin the morning and you are always monitored by the HR all the time. I was even scared to go for a loo break. There is no proper planning and there is huge communication gap in the team. They expect you to work even on weekends with no OT pays. The senior Manager is always present to screw things up and blame you for whatever you have done. Things are so Randomly told to the junior employees and the Management expects you to do well without any support....Read More
