Simplia is simply good for nothing thanks to that old man PhD Gopi. He uses abusive words in every statement he’s inappropriate language on all his team calls

Lavish paryani that so called HR leader is a yes sir to the CEO Gopi who claims to have developed millions of things like his so called great achievements that’s what all the others like Shreeja sanobar - follow. They hire 10 people and fire 30. Once there was an entire batch of 5 sales people who resigned on the same day the were hired thanks to lavish and Gopi

Everything. They make everyone over work, with no proper resources. They do not have adequate amount of graphic designs and video editors and they blame everything on the social media managers. The partners take up the work for approval and then throw the SMM under the bus. Moreover, none of the people working at this organisation are respectful. Working culture sucks with no learning. Woman named chayya is verbally abusive calls everyone ch..tia, bc, mc on face. Bosses like arpit and anmol make fake sales and forces people to work with the client. I'll not suggest working here.
