Nothing apart from the fact that it's a work from home job and you get to sleep peacefully at home (it's a night shift job) during work hours and only attend the team meetings without anyone ever finding out, since your team lead is also out most of the time or either sleeping without informing anyone. It's a win win for both. 😉

Nothing. I get to search for real jobs during work hours while getting paid a salary (not great pay though) for a** licking. Once I find a good job, I will kick their a** and move out.

Yasir is a fraud. There's no other way to describe this founder. When he is cheating other people and knows that you are witnessing everything, he will be very nice to you. The day he plans to cheat you as well, he will cheat you in an instant and cut off your email access.

You will get a first hand experience of working with thieves. Literally thieves. They make money out of the leads you give them from your own contacts and then do not pay you your salary for the same. Can you just imagine? It was a work from home job for me. But in the name of WFH, we were asked to work for longer hours each and every day. Hours went up to 4 or 5 AM every day, without an extra penny paid for these extra hours. Owner doesn't know how to talk to people, hence everyone leaves on a bad note. While I was a kid, my mom often narrated a story of an extremely immoral relative of her sister in law. That fellow had zero morals and thought he could cheat everyone and get away with it. He was so immoral that he even ran away with the money that was somehow entrusted to him regarding the cancer surgery of another relative, when that money was raised with great difficulty by the patient's family. But little did he know that karma had its ways. This fraud got married and had three children. His first son was born handicapped. His second child, a daughter, was married off at an early age and was burnt alive by her in laws for dowry, and his third child (a son), was mentally ill and hanged himself one day. The father of these people, the fraud we are talking about here, shed so many tears that his eyes ran dry. He told my mother at a function once that he was very guilty of what he did to others and said he would return everyone's money, however he could manage, though he said he wished he had learnt his lesson in life earlier.
